Live Sound Recording & Event Videography
AUDIO - We have the right equipment to produce an on-the-spot recording of a band's live performance, and deliver an audio CD by the end of the gig! You'll be able to listen to your Live album before purchasing.
$30 Live @ Gemstones (or SPZ Event) Audio CD We call Gemstones home, so if Stellar Productionz is producing your event or running sound for it you'll get 1 direct-mix ("right-out-of-the-board") Audio CD separated by tracks at this special price. Limits (at this price): 1 band / artist & 1 hour max.
$125 Live @ [Venue] Audio CD Price anticipates performance between Boston, Worcester, Manchester, and Hampton. You'll get 1 direct-mix Audio CD, separated by tracks. Up to 2 hours.
VIDEO - If you want to relive your event, we’ll make sure its as cool if not cooler than the first time with your HD video.
$80 Live @ Gemstones (or SPZ Event) DVD Video (1 Still-Cam) You'll get 1 DVD of your performance, with direct-mix sound. Up to 2 hours. 1 band / performer’s set. Allow 1 week for production - Pick it up at Gemstones the next week.
$120 Live @ Gemstones (or SPZ Event) DVD Video (1 Motion-Cam) You'll get 1 DVD of your performance, with direct-mix sound. Up to 2 hours. 1 band / performer’s set. Allow 1 week for production - Pick it up at Gemstones the next week.
$200 Live @ Gemstones (or SPZ Event) DVD Video (2 Motion-Cams) You'll get 1 DVD of your performance, with direct-mix sound. Up to 2 hours. 1 band / performer’s set. Allow 2 weeks for production.
Call Live @ [Venue] DVD Video You'll get 1 DVD, with audio-tracks recorded straight out of the board. Up to 1.5 hours.
$200 Live Music Video (1 song) Three cameras capture the performance, we take the time to edit it together at its best, with high-quality direct-mix audio. We provide the DVD and a video-file ready for upload to the web.
$30/hr Pro Graphic Design for your CD or DVD. Art for your album may take from 6 to 12 hours. We can hook you up with "[Your band] Live @ Gemstones" artwork for a $30 flat fee.
*All Live recordings & videography are authorized for use by Stellar Productionz for promotions, compilations, online distribution, or any other use. Purchaser of service owns the recording, so there is no limitation on what the owner can do with the recordings.
We can give you a great price on duplication of your cd or dvd too, just ask!
Event Photography
Stay focused on your event, let us handle the memorable images.
$30 Gemstones (or SPZ Event) Artist Performance PhotoSet 20 to 50 photos of your performance, from all angles, with an emphasis on capturing those magic moments. We'll burn you a CD of the shots and have it available for you within an hour after your set. Call for traveling price.
Call Entire Event If you a promoter or show organizer, and you want to capture the whole thing, we can quote you for your event.
Video / Film Production & Editing
Stellar Productionz can professionaly produce, direct, record, and edit your video or film.
$45/hr Editing & Production Labor Camera Operators, Editors, etc.
Call Music Video We looove doing music videos, please call to discuss the possibility of working together on a music video that would incorporate live performance, imagery tied to your theme, and telling the story of your song.
Live Sound Engineering & Sound System Rental Services
We can run sound with a roll of gaff and a radio shack microphone, but we can bring gear if you think it’ll help.
$100 Walk-in Engineer Fee (all equipment provided by client) We can engineer your event and make it sound good, so long as you really do have some kind of sound system!
$125 Engineer with Mics / Monitors (House System) You’ve got speakers, we’ve got the rest.
$500 Engineer with Full Sound System (up to 500 Guest Event) We’ll bring it all, and make sure it starts on time, as well as looks and sounds great.
Call Full Sound System and Production Crew (Arena Sound) Cover all the bases: Lighting, Rigging, Sound, Video. We got you.
Event Management, Promotion, and Entertainment Services
We have 10 years of professional experience coordinating with sound companies, lighting companies, artists, djs, hosts, venues and guests. We know exactly how to ensure any event runs smoothly.
$50 Single Event DJ / Artist Booking You need a great DJ or group for your event, we'll fish the network based on your needs and find you the perfect entertainment solution in your budget.
$125 Open Mic Night Includes host peformer and pro audio sound system, as well as promotion on our social networks.
$150 Single Event Management Includes all coordination between parties, hiring entertainment, working with your budget, as well as on-site day-of-event logistics and details management
$175 Single Event Promotion We’ll design your flyers and posters, and launch your event hype on facebook as well as a half-dozen other social networking and event-related websites, then we’ll make sure the newspaper and zines are printing for you as well.
